Shore HomeFor this project, our client was expecting advanced technology for his shore home that was under construction. He also wanted to do a lot of integration, on a very tight budget. He was requesting a lighting system, whole house music, thermostat control, televisions, a high-end media room, and garage door control. He was also expecting remote access to the system.

Integrated Home with Private Movie TheaterWe had just completed a home automation system in the rest of the home when our client expressed an interest in finishing the basement. Their goals were simple. Create an area where they could entertain friends while adding a private movie theater. We were to build a 7.1 theater with two rows of seating, lighting control, HVAC control, a projector, and a 110’’screen.

Commercial Projects - Board RoomThis large size commercial board room consists of a sound reinforcement system with microphones discretely recessed into the meeting table. For presentations, use the 60" flat screen or for larger audiences, drop the 100" motorized screen. Lapel microphones for presenters and HD video and audio conferencing round it off.

Home with Parental ControlsThe client desired an integrated system that would hide within the contemporary architecture of the home. It had to be simple to use and have great audio and video performance despite the desire for technology to be invisible. He wanted to control all sub-systems under one umbrella including audio, video, security, lighting, climate, CCTV, pool, and shading.

Great ! Great Room with a Hidden TVThis client was very afraid of technology. He knew that he wanted a large screen experience in the great room, but did not want to see any of the technology. The objective for us was to install a high performance surround sound system with a 60” or larger display, and when it was off, absolutely nothing could be seen. The control had to be very simple to use.

Commercial Project - Employee Training FacilityFrankentek was brought in on this special project. This training facility needed to be simple for any instructor to operate with large illuminated buttons, and shared view of the student's monitors. Instructors lessons on the white board at the front of the room are displayed on each of the student's monitors.

Media Decor - Silent Moving Art Concealed TVThis Executive meeting room conceals the 50" flat screen television when in use... but when everyone leaves, the boss can kick back and watch golf for the afternoon.

Special Project - Greenhouse to Media RoomThis room started out as an attached Greenhouse... complete with a jungle of plants and enough light to grow flowers year round. Our Client wanted to transform the room into an entertaining space...complete with a pool table, flat screen tv on one end, and a motorized 110" projection TV system on the other. Careful use of light control combined with precision engineering created a truly amazing space that works perfectly for entertaining and relaxing.
